I applied through university. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Champaign, IL) in Aug 2021
Interview
Relatively short, easy behavioral based questions. Applied through the University and attended information nights, and they called to set up an interview shortly after. Unfortunately I did not get the position, but the general STAR method is the best way to go.
Campus recruiting turned into a virtual interview. After virtual interview I was flown to the site and had a series of behavioral and technical interviews. Nothing out of the ordinary for similar roles.
