Interview
Had 2 sessions. First with a Panel of 4 (including HR representative) and Second with the Controller and the CFO. Each session was about an hour each. Behavioural and competency based questions in the panel session. Second session was strictly behavorial. extensive use of the "STAR" interview method

The interview process was smooth but technical. They will go into details of your knowledge in accounting and finance. The questions start out easy, increase in difficulty as the interview progresses.
