Interviewed at the Clemson eye location in Greenville SC. Somewhat disorgainized process, initially submitted a resume through indeed. A few days later recruiter reached out, never responded, then responded the next day apologizing. Basic questions, followed up with interview with manager. More basic interview questions, explanation of the position, this was followed with a somewhat lengthy test project & interview with the VP. Completed the excel test project (4 hours) and sent it over the manager, only to never hear anything back. Somewhat unprofessional to take up so much of someones time only to not hear anything back. Hopefully this isn't indicative of the business practices at this organization.
