Complete was of time don’t bother applying. They only hire their own people and anything else is a diversity headcount. Hiring manager has no idea what he is asking and doesn’t give proper context.
The company gave a technical take home assignment followed by interview with hiring manager and team. There was also a final round with head of engineering before the results came.
