Applied the position online and the recruiter gets back to me for a phone screen in two weeks. The recruiter started the phone conversation with negative emotions, sobbing and upset. But down the process of interview, she became condescending and hostile and she mentioned holding the candidate resume as a threat. The recruiter tested in every second to make sure she has gotten the means to demean a candidate.
