The interviewing process took almost two hours to complete even if you're just interviewing as a temp. The first to interview possible applicant is the HR personnel, then one of two of the employees from the department that's hiring will interview applicants and lastly the CEO will interview the applicant. Once applicant have been interviewed by everyone, the group will get together to share their feedback on the possible candidate(s).
