First, I had a screening phone interview with the HR which was very simple and easy. I then had a face to face interview with the line manager at the office, which was in a friendly and casual environment which also went smoothly most of the time.

Interview
It took almost 3 months to reply to my application. Interview process was a little chaotic however the recruiter was new of just 1 week, so wouldn’t hold it against them. However, there was little information or clarity about what the role would actually entail or the team and it seemed they were still shaping it. Ultimately, the parameters we're changed following the phone screening and my experience was no longer relevant.

It was thorough and straight forward, i had a call with a recruiter who gave me a high level overview of what the role entailed. I then met the hiring manager and one other colleague and was offered the role!
