Before the first interview, I got a phone call from a member of the recruitment team where she explained a bit more about the role and what would be expected from the person they were looking for, as well as to understand if I'd be interested to proceed for an interview.
The first interview was conducted with the team manager and the recruiter that previously talked to me on the phone. At the interview they presented me Farfetch, explained why they were looking for someone to join them now and what they expected from that person. Then, they asked questions to know a bit more about me and who I was as a professional.
The second interview had the same person from the recruitment and seletion team (which accompanied the whole process) as well as the team lead, with questions mostly to understand my fit to the position, motivations and how I'd be able contribute to the projects they were handling.
