First comes a phone call and its about 45 minutes where they really get to know who you are and why you want to get into the construction industry. They go into more details about what you except from the company that hires you and where you see yourself after graduation(If your a student).

Smooth as can be and no real trick questions to cause any real confusion/struggle. People here are great and good to work for. Overall management is a bit unorganized in the NE region

Interview
Meet with HR personal along with some of the senior construction managers. Was relatively relaxed and felt pretty comfortable, they had gotten back to me a week or 2 after I had meet their recruiters at a college job fair. Their office was very nice in the inside too.
