Good chemistry with the hiring manager. I checked off 99% of the boxes only lacking in a small area that could be learned in mere minutes.
Received incredible feedback otherwise.
My advice - be willing to compromise. Never having done a specific task that simply isn’t done almost ever on a daily basis in this field doesn’t necessarily constitute an inability to perform the task.
I also think having a position open for 4 months is very telling that it may not necessarily be a candidate problem - but a management problem.
This position appears for be a 3 for 1 type role. Anyone interviewing here should consider this before considering it.
