Begins with a friendly phone call, mainly general chat about why you applied. This was followed by a video interview using strength based questions. If you pass that then there is 4 tests to do. 1 numerical reasoning( number patterns), verbal reasoning, IT aptitude Test on basic IT concepts and a Set Notation/Venn Diagram Test. If pass you have a final interview which consists of 3 separate interviews consisting of 5 strength based questions. The interviewers are very friendly and a recruiter contacts you after each of the application process.
