Traineeprogramm Business Consultant
Gehalt während der 9 Wochen Ausbildung: 1.650€ Brutto / Monat
Gehalt nach der Ausbildung: 45.000€ Brutto / Jahr
Vertragsbindung für mindestens 18 Monate, ansonsten muss man wegen Vertragsbruchs die Ausbildungskosten von ca. 20.000€ zurückzahlen
Telefoninterview 30 min:
I) Vorstellung der eigenen Person
II) Vorstellung des Traineeprogramms der FDM Group
III) Englischer Teil (What are your greatest strengths?)

Question 1
Stellen Sie sich kurz vor; Rückfragen zu Tätigkeiten; What are your greatest strengths; Warum haben Sie sich für FDM entschieden
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
