The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview is split into three tests 1 maths (30 mins), 1 situational and venn diagram(1 hour), 1 IT aptitude(1 hour), the first two are very easy the second requires more thought with questions on coding, technical language and working environment based questions. There's lunch inbetween and a tour of the facilities. Three short interviews end the day one based on your degree one IT based and one based on other skills - they're very short and you have to think about your answers carefully to demonstrate your skills and knowledge sufficiently.
People say it is easy but I'm sure I pretty much got near full marks on the maths and venn diagram and thought the process went well and didn't get the job so prepare thoroughly focusing on IT aptitude in interview based questions and test questions and the head of recruitment seems like she makes decisions based on first impressions at the start of the day.
