Interview
sat down with 2 hiring managers, had a nice discussion. Things seemed to have went well on my end. sent a follow up letter. Never heard a word back. I got to experience a $10K massage chair for 5 minutes, which was nice. Seemed like a great place to work

Question 1
basic interview questions about experience and background
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FFL Brands (Boulder, CO) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by the HR person. She called to set up an in formal phone interview. We spoke later that day for about 15 minutes at the end of which she felt confident enough to schedule a sit-down interview between myself, her and the person who would be my direct manager.
In that first official interview, they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The interview itself was fairly standard. They asked questions about my previous experience, why I was wanting a change, etc. At the end of the interview they put me in their best selling massage chair.
I received a call a few days later to schedule a second interview with the VP of Sales and the Director of Marketing. That interview was more in depth, in the sense that they gave me a little more background into the history of the company, where they see themselves now and where they want to be in the future. They asked some of the same questions as the first interview. They asked if I had looked at their websites yet and what feedback I had from my first impression. I gave them my honest feedback and they said that was exactly what they felt and were looking to work on those issues.
Overall, everyone I met with made me feel very comfortable, which I never have in interviews before.
