The local team leader reached out to me. When I said I wasn't interested in a new position, he persisted, and I was willing to discuss their development. It was worth it! The discussion and follow-up discussion were very cordial and productive.

I was first interviewed by the company's recruiter, followed by a thirty minute phone screen and lastly a two-hour in-person interview at premises with four different people from different roles. Overall a comfortable experience - a proper balance between determining cultural fit and skills.
