I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Boston, MA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Call with head of PM and then onsite interview. I was asked question on normal banking problems and then had to do a small math quiz on site. Team was very nice and responsive.
Recruiter very helpful. Applied over the weekend, recruiter contctacted me monday morning, hiring manager interview following week. After that it was just a waiting game. Overall a positive experience experience
Initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager + a few 1:1s with the team. I highly prefer when I'm able to speak with the team as well, whether virtually or onsite. I didn't receive a tour but it's a very secure building so I think they save that for day 1.

Question 1
What do you know about FIS/why are you interested in Fintech?
Even for a large firm, the interview process at FIS Global was woeful. Comprised of 4 rounds: screening by talent acquisition, then hiring manager, meeting with peers and finally senior manager. Went well but then completely ghosted by both hiring manager and talent acquisition. Incredibly unprofessional.
