It's over the phone. The interviewer was friendly. They also ask us to take an online exam to check our accents and grammar. The questions were fairly easy to answer.

Standard questions lasted around 45 minutes typical two on one interview. Asked to do a short presentation to back up your interview process, pleasant interviewers and made to feel comfortable throughout
