Got contacted by HR about the position. After going over a few basic screening questions, she told me to follow up with some times for an interview with HM via email, but I never got a follow-up. I even emailed her a couple times asking for updates but got no responses. FIS seems to have a bad habit of just ghosting candidates.
I found the interview process to be exceptionally well-structured and engaging from start to finish. The experience was remarkably positive, characterized by clear communication and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
