I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FIS (Pune) in Oct 2024
Interview
The overall process was pretty easy and smooth. Very friendly panel. A total of 32 students had cleared the Technical and HR but only 7 were selected. The acquisition lead mentioned that we have certain rules which we consider while selecting. "We consider the aggerate score of your 10th, 12th, college CGPA and Technical and HR score ". But mostly what we observed was they had picked the top 7 students CGPA vise out of the 32 shortlisted students.

Interview
This profile came to me under FIS University program on superset. The interview consisted of 3 rounds which were Online assessment, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The online assessment consisted of technical mcq as well as general aptitude mcq. It took a week for the list of shortlisted candidates to arrive. 62 candidates were shortlisted in total. The next round was Technical interview. The difficulty was easy to medium. There was a panel of 5 interviewers who took the interview. They go through your resume and based on it they ask questions. Fortunately, as I had mentioned similar experience in my resume, the interviewer asked me questions based on that experience. For other candidates, he asked technical questions as well like pseudo-codes, logic building etc. The interview lasted 20 minutes for and was easier than I thought. The next was HR round which consisted of typical HR questions and some questions based on logic building. 25 candidates were shortlisted for HR round out of which 6 were selected.
