Applied online, shortly after I was contacted by telephone. From there I was contacted regarding a telephone interview. I then proceeded to do a simulator test and then was contacted regarding employment
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FLINT Corp.
Interview
Initial interview was very quick over the phone. Consisted of practical questions relating to the position, safety procedure knowledge followed by in person simulator assessment and fit for duty assessment.

Interview
Applied online through the company website and 3 days later received a phone call to set up an over the phone interview. After the phone interview I had to do a drug and alcohol test and then fly to Fort McMurray for further interview and tests.
