I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FLIR in Jun 2017
Interview
It was pathetic and terrible. I applied for C#. Net position. Total 4 rounds were there including 3 technical and HR. All the rounds were taken by USA team. First round was telephonic in which interviewer asked the basic question on C# then after clearing that second round was 5 hour long skype discussion including lab assignments. It was pathetic one. They will give you the problem and will ask you to design and coding. Once you will submit your assignment then they will never give you any feedback about assignment. Honestly speaking do not attend their interview. I wasted my entire 3 days for them.
Submitted job app online and was contacted for an interview, asked tech questions and culture questions. Didn't take too long for them to say I didn't receive the job. Overall, a good experience

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FLIR (Waterloo, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
I got an referral from a friend and soon got a Telephone screen by its human resource manager. After a couple of days, I got an opportunity for on-site interview by two groups of engineers one after another. The experience was nice and I would recommend it.
