Referred by an employee, had a phone screen, set up an interview appointment. Arrived for the appointment, filled out paperwork, met with recruiter, took writing and personality quiz, then met with team, then met with hiring manager. Overall, I was impressed with the company. I thought it was a great place to work and still might like to work there someday. One thing the hiring manager said really impressed me. She told me that FMGlobal was approached to insure the Twin Towers (the World Trade Center in NYC) several times long before 9/11/2001. Each time, the company decided it was too much of a risk to insure the buildings.
