FNZ Support Engineer interview questions

phone interview with recruiter video interview I applied online through agency. After the initial discussion with recruiter, I was asked to complete a word document test. (basic sql question, transactions and some financial terms explanation). Then I got invited for a video interview with APAC support head and support lead, there is no technical questions. Mostly talking about past experience. When I was ask which DB you have experiences? surprised they never hear about postgre db, even ask me to spell it. After two days, got rejected from them.
