Interview
The CEO lacks professional standards in interviewing. After multiple interviews including with the CEO, I was informed two months later via a chain e-mail that I was not selected. Candidates for C-Suite roles require hours of planning and preparation plus the overall process took almost 4 months. The least she could do is pick up the phone and let candidates know they were not selected.

Interview
Volunteer coordinator greeted me, showed the place, told me about the company and it's mission, then gave me some paperwork to fill and greeting kit - t-shirt and badge. Everything was quick, positive and interesting.
