The recruitment process was divided into different steps. Once you were successful to one step, you were invited to the next one.
I had a total of 7 interviews spread over 3 weeks (3 steps).
During these interviews you always had to repeat yourself. As an example, once I had 1,5 hours interview divided into 3 small interviews of 30 minutes, each with a different recruiter. Hence, in 1,5 hours I had to introduce myself 3 times and answer the same questions many times.
At the end of the last interview with the last recruiter, I have been told: "you will receive an offer next week" and "I hope to see you soon". This means I have been successful, am I right?
Well not with FTI. After that conversation, I received an automatic email stating I was not successful in the recruitment process. The kind of email you normally receive when you apply to a job and they do the first screening.
I honestly thought it was a mistake and I sent an email to the contact person in FTI just to understand the reasons. The reply was: other candidates were successful (just written in a nice way).
It was a total waste of time and lack of respect from their side. Don't waste your time in applying for FTI Consulting in Brussels.
