Interview
Interesting interview process, had a writing task on writing a PR campaign. The interview was quite difficult, was asked about key commercial issues, which required specific knowledge. The interviewers were really nice, positive and understanding.
Started with an online assessment, if successful will progress to video interview, then the final will be with 2 members of the team. They didn’t mention there was going to be a case study but they did provide me with one nonetheless.
Initial call with recruiter to ask about interest and why FTI, This was then followed up by 4 rounds with team members across different grades - directors, partners etc, In each round, there was a case study as well as a behavioural component. They like to really dive deep into past experience and your interest in the role.
