There were significant mistakes made by Funding Xchange (aka FXE) in attempting to book my interviews, leading to me falsely rearranging my entire day's schedule to accommodate their inaccurate misleading agreements for an interview time. It was chaotic and disorganised, and it happened due to their poor internal process controls and lack of experience in recruitment logistics. Separately to this, on two occasions I was told something during the process that turned out to be a falsehood.
In a meeting with the COO, she behaved in a grossly inconsiderate way. The value of respect – for the most junior candidate to the most senior – is absent from this executive, who has only recently been promoted to the first ever C-level role in her career. It was shocking that such a dismissive culture can exist with the COO's approach. My first thought was to evaluate dropping out of the process when this happened, in order to send a clear message that such disgraceful behaviour is unacceptable.
The recruitment process was not well designed, as it was not thoughtful in the order of WHO was met WHEN and in choosing in which round THE most important questions were asked, and overall made bad use of the candidate's time.
They also don't REALLY know what they want to be hired for in the target candidate, further highlighting the casual way they go about the recruitment, again making casual dismissive use of candidate's time.
On the plus side, some of the individuals there are intelligent and seem to go about their job well, but see the troubling issues stated above.

Good, I had two interviews with the team and got asked interesting questions at both. Both interviews were done remotely to suit my needs at previous employment.
We got on well and I was successful in the position I had applied for.
