Applied on website. Was contacted less than a week later by phone. Quick phone interview. If you pass they'll call you back and ask you to come in for a face to face interview. Show you the facility and go over job duties. Then the normal "describe a time when.." questions. If they like you they'll hire you on the spot. Training is about 6 weeks long.

phone interview asking brief questions about availability followed by in person asked the typical questions and gave tour of facility, interview started really late (which was the first sign of poor management)
