I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fabricut (Tulsa, OK) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was very thorough, and the manager requires a lot of detail. I can tell they are looking for a pretty seasoned project manager. There was lots of examples needed in terms of working through project scenarios.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you go about setting up a project plan where the requirements are I’ll-defined by the current stakeholders?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fabricut (Tulsa, OK) in Feb 2018
Interview
You have an interview with HR and another with the manager of the department you are applying for. Then after that you go sit at a computer and complete a skills test that literally has nothing to do with anything.

Question 1
What are your weaknesses? Do you have any questions for me?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fabricut (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process is trivial to say the least, consisting of a bombardment of questions completely irrelevant to the job, much like "Miss America" questions. They're just searching for predetermined answers that any candidate can easily lie about for approval, which solves nothing. If they like you, they'll make you take a series of problem solving tests on the computer which also have absolutely no connection to the job itself.
