Facilisgroup interview questions

3 level interview process with a recruitor, VP and then President. Before being fully offered the job, I had to take the Culture Index Test. Upon "passing" was offered the position.

I first interviewed with Facilisgroup in March '21 the interview was very straightforward and casual, however the guy that interviewed me did swear multiple times during the interview (which aligns with some of the reviews on here). After the call I was asked to review a website and give feedback which I did, was then told they had an internal candidate reach out and they would be back in touch. I had to follow up with them to see what the status was and was told they had opted to go with the internal candidate. (Later found out this person was external, why lie?). Fast forward to Jan '23 I applied for a different role at the company. This time was contacted by a recruiter to set up a call, on the call he tells me that they actually don't want to interview me for the job I applied for but a different role. I agreed to the other role we have a brief discussion and he says he would like to bring me in for an onsite interview. There was lots of flip flopping between the position title and when I would be coming in. We finally get the interview scheduled and I interviewed with two people. During the interview was told they wanted to hire me but salaries might not align and internal discussion was needed. This was 2.5 weeks ago and despite multiple follow up emails I haven't heard anything. Seems like this company just likes to waste people's time.
