I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FactSet (Norwalk, CT) in Apr 2018
Interview
Invited to candidate dinner at college campus. Met at career fair. On-campus interview the next day. Scheduled on-site interview a few weeks later. Flown to headquarters in CT. Began with demo of FactSet software. Four 30 minute interviews in a row, with tests in each and a "how-to" presentation on something of our choosing that we prepared. Followed by group project with fellow interviewees that was observed.

Question 1
What do you think one challenge will be for you this summer in this internship?
Had a very brief virtual call with a HR representative that asked basic behavioural questions. Very relaxed interaction. Next stage was the group assessment centre where each candidate had to present for 10 minutes on a skill and there was also a group problem solving session as well. The final interview was conducted with two representatives from the company. Wasn't a very intense interview.

Question 1
What are some of our competitors?
Strengths and Weaknesses?
3 rounds. First is excel and behavioral. The excel part is fairly easy if you're up to date on your excel functions. Behavioral is also fairly standard.
Final round is a panel interview where all three ask you questions. Overall everybody is nice and I found the process very pleasant.

Question 1
What would your colleagues say your weaknesses are?
The interview process was easy. They are going to check your communication skills. There will be 2 rounds of the interview and a HR round too. More or less, you have to be just confident.
