The first round was a 30 minute screening, with all common behavioral questions and time for questions at the end. Final round: 3 seperate 40 minute interviews, including an Excel assessment.

The second round for CSA role is a technical round which involves an excel test and product test along with a behavioural round to assess fit and motivation for the role.

The interview will last approximately 15–30 minutes. Conducted with the hiring manager or recruiter (as indicated in the job offer email you received). Key focus areas: job qualifications/work experience/reasons for applying/basic questions. This aligns perfectly with your current stage.
