I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Factory Athletics (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2015
Interview
I had two interviews over the phone. Both very smooth. The first was with my "would be" supervisor. It was very informal and easy going. Second, I got a call from the Sales Director and we set up a time for a mock call. He gave me a call back and he pretended that we had just met and he was interested in signing his son up for an event. He expected me to have studied the site which is high recommended.

Smooth, both the Ceo and my immediate supervisor were very friendly. The topics brought up, along with the general vibe of the conversation was calm, nothing was too stressful. They sat me down in the Ceo's office, and briefly talked about what my responsibilities, as well as my expected tasks were down the line.
