Interview
The phone interview was a set of monotone questions, lasting appx 25 minutes. The interviewer was disconnected from the start. Communication is a strong point for me, but she was disengaged, aloof to any response I had. Her only focus seemed to be completing the interview. It left me feeling awful. Many months later I got a rejection response in which the job title differed from the one I interviewed for. My friend recently received an offer of employment w/FAHE for a title different than the one interviewed for.

I cannot remember, it's been too long, but they were all standard interview questions.
Very comprehensive. Multiple rounds of panel interviews. Met executives and staff. Everyone very personable and engaged. Compared to many interviews, the questions were thoughtful and tough. This is a good thing! Very impressed with FAHE and their team.

Question 1
The difference between nice and kind and which I would prefer to be.
My initial interview lasted an entire hour. The people were very nice but generally in my experience these take between 15 and 30 minutes, so this was a bit jarring given that I did not receive a follow-up interview or job offer.
