Applied on Indeed.com, got a nice email about reviewing my resume. Then got an invite to a one question interview with a download of interviewing process. It was straightforward about expectation. Did the video interview which is talk about something you know for 3 minutes. After submitting, I got several more invites to same interview, which was odd. They are a tech motivated approach to Medicare. Bring your own equipment deal as they want you to be tech savvy is the inference. Shortly afterward a thanks but no thanks email came. The initial invite was welcoming, the rejection was an about face. It felt bi-polar so to speak. Like HEY welcome, thanks for applying, great resume, so excited to take this further. Then it was, NO THANKS. Fastest turnaround ever.
