Took initial call. Organization asked me to complete an unrealistically thorough sample project that took close to 30 hours to complete. Even had to film myself presenting the deck. They moved me to final round of interview before calling to say I lacked "retail experience" -- a fact which they could have easily determined by simply reading my CV. Five rounds of interviews in total, with one let-down call. Incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Seeing this functions like a non-profit, get these sense they scramble to look busy by hosting interviews with candidates they don't plan to hire.
