Over the phone with HR, they seem overly obsessed with their culture and not whether you are qualified for the job. Once they realized their compensation was way below my salary history, they decided to pursue other applicants

Interview
This was the initial phone screen for a System Admin open position. After applying, I received an email stating they would call me the following morning between the hours of 9 and 10. If this time did not work, please reply back with an alternate time. I replied back stating the time was good. It was a very straight forward initial phone screen.
