Several rounds of phone interviews (a total of 4 including the initial recruiter) with increasing complexity, then 2 rounds of on site interviews. My advice? Be prepared! Thoroughly research the company and your potential role. Spend the time on the website determining if you really are going to be a good cultural fit / if you think you would enjoy the very high performance expectations of the company before entering the interviewing process as it is an intense one since FairWarning is a very high caliber employer and only selects the best talent!
