Incredibly long and draining process.
I lost count of how many interviews I had in total because it's just round after round after round. After spending all that time and effort, you get a "doesn't align with the team's needs" template rejection email with no sort of feedback process.
My recruiter was great but I would absolutely never interview with Faire again.
