It was straight forward behavioral questions after the HR phone call. The HR phone call is more of getting to know if you're a good fit for the role. After you get step up with the hiring manager or supervisor and answer some series of behavioral questions. Mostly focused on how to work with people and also different departments.

Phone 1st Round- Behavior, simple questions not too long
2nd Round- slight technical more simple questions similar to round 1
3rd Round- technical, its more about them telling you what they do.

Phone screen with the recruiter who went over the job and unit description. Walked through resume and proceeded with standard questions. Recruiter accused me of using AI when I wasn't and abruptly stopped the interview without any consideration. AI during a phone screen????
