Robust. Multiple Interviews as well as candidate personality assessments. Video Interviews with 5-6 managers and partners. Process was run well and efficiently and they kept me in the loop at a level that was above most firms I've interacted with.

Interview
I did virtual interviews with +5 people including the CEO over 3 separate days (I did this during business hours while fully employed). Everyone was professional and ready, they answered my questions with thought and detail. I also completed a personality test before my last set of interviews per the company's request. I was told that they would love to have me, but wouldn't have a role ready until a few months out when they planned on launching new investment offerings. I was told I'd hear back about a month later to check in, I had to reach out to get that follow up where I was told they'd have a role for me in about 3-4 months. I never received the formal offer and never heard back from the hiring manager or anyone else at the company.
