Interviewed during the holiday season, so communication came in fits and waves. First screened with the Team Lead, then with a few others over Skype. Final interview was over Skype with CEO, Executive VP, Department head. Job offer, a bit of negotiation, and accepted.
Great communication from employees. No HR department at Faithlife, so the process varies widely. Basically, if you are awesome (really it's a company value) it'll be evident to your interviewers.
