Panel interview with three interviewers. They give you scenario and personality questions. There is a skills examination processes with multiple choice questions as well. The people who are interviewing you are a mixture of administers, FTO, field EMTs, and field supervisors.

Question 1
Describe a time with you had a disagreement with a co-worker and how did you resolved that issue
Easy did a hire vue online interview heard back from them in one week got offered to do their two week orientation. Did one week of in the field training, pretty straightforward and easy. I would do it all over again.
The interview was online. You record yourself and can retake the video if you choose to. They had very simple questions and they were very easy to answer. Overall very easy interview as you can redo basically it all.

Interview
Very straightforward phone interview. Asked basic questions about experience and why I wanted to work for Falck. Overall good experience and easy. They also asked when i would be able to start and what training i would expect to have.
