Their interview process is just too long, inefficient and disorganized.

My patience was wearing thin with all the rescheduling and poor communication.
It felt like none of the interviewers were on the same page because some of them seemed uninformed about the position, the last interviewer was unfriendly and made me feel like not getting the role would mean dodging a bullet.
