I interviewed for this position and noticed that the same job posting keeps reappearing, even though the company size and structure haven’t changed. The process was lengthy — four or five rounds of interviews, each with different team members, followed by a rejection with no clear feedback. It feels like this might be a “ghost posting,” as the role has been open and reposted for months with no signs of actual hiring. While the interviewers were polite, the entire process felt like a waste of time given the outcome and ongoing reposting of the same position.
