Scattered and very unprofessional, the whole interview consisted of very few questions and mostly the D.O.N. answering the phone or searching through papers. There didn't seem to be a very selective process for hiring

Interview
Spoke to administrator and was given tour of facility. Was introduced to other employees and asked questions about my experience and skills in relation to the job. I had to take a drug test and have a fingerprint background screening which took just a couple of days to get results.
