Interview
Quick - I went in for open interviews, and had both the store manager and district manager interview me within an hour. A few days later I completed the aptitude test and received my offer.
They have you take several timed tests for part of the interview process. The tests involve things such as alphabetizing, math, and others. Besides the tests, they also do the typical spoken interview with questions.

Short - asked what I wanted in a job and what I'd bring to the table. Offer made on the spot. Pretty standard interview process. I guess I have to write 30 words so now I'm there.

Interview
The interview process was in 3 parts. I first met with the regional manager for one interview. Then i met with the regional manager again for a timed math and problem solving test. Lastly, i met with the district manager for the final interview. Overall, wasn't too terrible of a process, definitely not the most difficult I've ever had.
