I had a phone interview. Just tell you what you will be doing in this position and ask if you can accept and answer the phone call all day long. No hard question was asked.
Phone interview with basic questions about past experiences. Very simple and easy process and doesn’t take much to get hired during peak call season. Overall a good experience and efficient process

Asked only a few questions about availability for the program, And was informed the position was seasonal. Was offered the job, but declined was looking for something that wasn't seasonal.
