      Business Analyst I Interview

      20 Jan 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fannie Mae in May 2014

      Interview

The interview process consisted of a phone call and a in person interview. The phone call was relatively simple, as they asked simple questions trying to get a feel of your knowledge of past coding/worked experiences. If you pass that test, you move on to the in person interview. It was a 2 part interview where. The first part was in front of 3 current employees (1 was a manager) and the second part was in front of 4 (including 1 manger). They asked business related questions, but overall they are trying to get a feel to see if you are a good fit in the culture.
