Was submitted through recruiting agency. Initial calls before profile submitted to discuss experience. Was selected to interview: 1st call with CTO - 60 min (Jeff). Interim CTO he discussed a bit of the stack and team, the focus in ERP as well as his role. 2nd call scheduled with CFO (Ryan) - he cancelled the call 1 hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled time. They followed up with the recruiter 7 business days later to tell me I wasn't selected.
